Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use international shipping partners. The average delivery time is approximately 8 to 12 business days (about 10 days), depending on the destination country and customs processing.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track the shipment at any time.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition.
