Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@smdliving.nl Please note that returns must be sent to the supplier in China. Please note that the return shipment goes through our supplier in China and that shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damage and issues
Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition.
